Teletherapy uses a safe, secure and HIPAA compliant platform. To use it is as easy as clicking on a link, downloading an app or using your mobile device.

What do I need for scheduling an appointment?
- Proof of insurance. If no insurance, self pay options are available and will typically require proof of income if using sliding scale.
- Picture Identification such as a valid NJ Driver's License or State issued ID.
What can I expect at the first appointment?
You can expect to meet the therapist and ask any questions you might have about what counseling will be like. You will then complete a needs assessment and receive a recommendation of treatment options. This is when the therapist gets to know you and helps develop a treatment plan.
What should I expect during treatment sessions?
Treatment sessions are individually tailored to meet your specific needs. Sessions occur as often as needed. Each session focuses on personalization rather than just structure.
