What can I expect at the first appointment?

You can expect to meet the counselor and ask any questions you might have about what counseling will be like. You will then complete a needs assessment and receive a recommendation of treatment options. This is when the counselor gets to know you and helps develop a treatment plan.

What should I expect during treatment sessions?

Treatment sessions are individually tailored to meet your specific needs. Sessions occur as often as needed. Each session focuses on personalization rather than just structure.

What happens if I need additional resources beside counseling?

If additional resources are needed, we will try our very best to connect you with those services.
